Time to Nominate!

AUGUST 10, 2020: Is there an outstanding junior, young person, or adult who is a member that you would like to recognize for their achievements? NCSF is accepting 2020 Nominations for Members of the Year!
NOMINATE ALL THREE!
Candidates are individuals who provided outstanding volunteer service; who held leadership positions in the past year; and who served as an example of Love, Benevolence and Charity throughout the years.
Each Member of the Year will receive a $100 donation to the parish ministry of their choice. A person previously nominated, but not awarded Member of the Year, may be nominated again.
STEP ONE
Court / Impact Teams or members send in their nomination form:
- Junior Member of the Year: Nomination Form for ages up to 16 years
- Young Member of the Year: Nomination Form for ages 17 to 25 years
- Member of the Year: Nomination Form for ages 26 and over
STEP TWO
Nominees will receive an application to complete and return to the Home Office.
