He operates as the President and CEO.
Ray is a John Maxwell Certified coach, speaker and trainer. He has spoken at many NAIFA events and has mentored the next generations of financial professionals. He has served as the President of NAIFA Chicagoland Metro South in 2017 and was featured in Bloomberg magazine in 2015. He currently serves as the Co-Programs Director for NAIFA Illinois.
