MARCH 19, 2020: National Catholic Society of Foresters (NCSF) is monitoring the COVID-19 situation closely. Our primary concern is for the well-being, safety and financial health of our membership, agent partners and our staff.
NCSF is a financially strong and stable organization. For almost 130 years, we’ve been supporting our members. Our strong capital and surplus positions will allow us to deliver on all of our commitments to our members. We continue to be fully operational and are here to help you as we navigate through this time of uncertainty.
As this situation continues, we have business continuity plans in place in order to operate as normal as possible for the next several weeks.
At the Home Office we are operating with a reduced on-site staff while many others will be working remotely. It will be business as usual with our modified work plan.
Our goal is to mitigate and generate the least amount of disruption for our members and our agents. Our goal is to answer your questions as soon as possible. However, we hope that you understand that not all calls may be answered immediately. We ask for your patience and your understanding.
We will continue to monitor the situation and provide our best possible service during this difficult time.
We strongly encourage you to review and adhere to guidelines provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and guidelines provided by public and health officials.
NCSF wishes all of our members to be safe and healthy at all times. A world in crisis can bring worry and uncertainty into our lives. However, if we practice good habits and remain calm, we will be able to come through the crisis with a renewed strength and faith in ourselves, in our community and most importantly in God. Our thoughts and prayers are with all who may be affected by the coronavirus.
Thank you and God Bless,
Lisa Bickus, CEO
